Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) with the potential to become full-time. The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical roles. Responsibilities will involve developing hiring strategies, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining regular communication with internal teams and stakeholders to meet hiring goals effectively.
Must Have's
- Proven expertise with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
- Experience in fast paced recruiting processes, hiring strategies, and candidate sourcing
- Previous experience with early stage startups and high-growth environments
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby
- Passion for the latest recruitment tools and technologies
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal Communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
